Conversion from .mq4 to .lua

Hi guys,

Can you convert attached indicator from .mq4 to .lua file? What it does is basically searches for consolidation areas and marks them with square. User specifies range in pips and how many bars have to fit this range in order to call this situation as consolidation, and if current situation on market fits these criteria, it draws square around it.
