Camarilla Levels and Strategy

Can we please convert this code for the Camarilla Pivot Point Indicator which offers one additional level support and resistance (H5/L5) compared to the standard version (H4-L4), plus a Strategy is offered on the same attached code. Easy Language code is on the first page, several others are offered as the pages continue.
