EMA expert advisor for MT4

Dear Apprentice and fxcodebase.com developpers.
please help me with developing an expert advisor. see details below.
There are two EMA with 25 (green) and 50 (red) exponential period.
When both EMA crosses an expert advisor will wait for entering:
1) EMA 25 was below then EMA 50 and they are crossed, expert will wait to test EMA 25 and goes long with stop loss=A and take profit=B, see picture in the attachment, then it will wait for next crossing.

2) EMA 50 was below then EMA 25 and they are crossed, expert will wait to test EMA 50 and goes short with stop loss=A and take profit=B, see picture in the attachment, then it will wait for next crossing.
