Double Single & Double Double Strategy

hello dear:
would you please make me a indicator base on this strategy,i like it have an alert when all condition
are made:

1 - buy case

1-You must have at least 2 bars which are (RED) or (DOWN) and the 2nd (RED) bar must have broken the previous candle downward.

2-If one of the 2 next candles is (GREEN) and ends AT or closes OVER the last (RED) candle and it's wick, buy.

2 - sell case

1 -You must have at least 2 bars which are (GREEN) or (UP) and the 2nd (GREEN) bar must have broken the previous candle upward.

2- If one of the 2 next candles is (RED) and ends AT or closes OVER the last (GREEN) candle and it's wick, sell.
i forgot to mention i need this indi for mt4 platform if you dont mind, i am already appreciate for all your hard work and effort for this community,god bless.

hello dear,thank you for all your hard work, i am totally appreciate,how can i have this version on mt4? i like to hear from you,i don't have to much of free time but i will be glad to have you as my master when i come up with an idea,you tell me what can i do for that.

Unfortunately I am not proficient in MT4.
Hence the development could be a prolonged indefinitely.
