Average Daily Range

Hi Folks; -

Would much appreciate an indicator for Average Daily Range (ADR) with the following attributes: -

Individual "day" (weekdays ONLY) range is Bid price HighestHi - LowestLo for day period (GMT) start 00.00hrs & finish 23.30hrs.
Where "day" is valid but incomplete (i.e all Fridays and the occasional part "day" caused by public holidays); - use whatever data is present to achieve the "day" range.
Weekend and missing public holiday days to be IGNORED.

Rolling average Period to be 20 days (by default if procured as a User "adjustable")

Averaging method to be Simple Moving Average SMA (by default if procured as a User "adjustable")

One can get this on MT4 within the Traders Dynamic Index... but for my purposes - I far prefer the Marketscope platform - even though I had to supply the methodology for them to get the EMAs displayed correctly in the graphics...

It is now over six months since I requested an Average Daily Range indicator in Marketscope (MT4 already has such a indicator...
