Relative Strength Levy

I tried to code the Relative Strength Indicator that was published by Levy which i already developed in ninjascript... But failed because i have almost no LUA-knowledge...
It is an Oscillator and the Formula is simply: BarClose / MVA(periods).
Also there should be a fixed line visible with value 1.
Can somebody help me with the coding or even show me the full code for the Indicator? That would be awesome...
