Request to build indicator

Looking to create an indicator that displays a at the bottom of the screen under the price.

Settings required

Period ie 90 days on daily chart or 90 min on min chart
Volume increase over the period asverage (+ ability to toggle tick volume or fxcm real volume ) ie volume increased by 2

I'm not sure whether I understand the intention.

From what I understand.
Indicator will give a "buy" indication.
If we have above-average volume.
And price have pierced the highest value in the last N periods.
For a set percentage or pip value.

The objective is to catch a price decline of X% with a volume increase of X times average volume for the last X days

ie

3% decline
2 X average volume
90 day period

make sense?
