Timed Breakout Box

Hi,

I have a request for a time specified breakout box. The breakout box is very similar to the indicator produced here, but with some changes;

Specification desired are;

* Specify time of day for the box to start (i.e. London open in GMT/server or local time))
* Price type of the (time specified) bar to use as anchor of the box (i.e. open, high, low or close)
* Option to specify the Height of box above and below the anchor point (i.e. 10 pips above and below to produce a 20 pip box with the open price being the middle)
* Option to specify number of bars to use for box width (i.e into the future from current date/time)
* Option to specify number of bars to use for line width (drawn at the high and low of the box)
* Option to specify price points (in pips from top and bottom of the box) to draw reference lines
* Option to display actual price of reference and box hi/lo lines at beginning or end of the lines with distance in pips displayed in brackets (i.e 1.2276 [+20])
* Option to trigger alert for box hi/lo cross and reference line cross
