Request for BullBear Bar paint indicator

Hi Apprentice,

Please, I would like to request a very simple indicator. I searched the forum for something similar but couldn't find one.
The indicator should paint a bar after it closes within a specified area of the bar's range, based on the following options:
1. close within the top 1/4 of the bar's range.
2. A close within the top 1/3 of bar.
3. A close within the mid 1/3 of bar.
4. A close within the bottom 1/3 of bar.
5 A close within the bottom 1/4 of bar.

Here the indicator can simply have the option of a different colour change specified for each of the options.

The idea, as you can see is simple: A bar that closes near its high is bullish, and a bar that closes near its low is bearish. A close near the middle is neutral; all for the short term, of course.

We can call it a 'bar paint indicator.'
