I want a strategy

BUY :

EMA 7 > EMA 14 in Time Frame 1 hour
and
EMA 7 > EMA 14 in Time Frame 15 min
and
EMA 7 > EMA 14 in Time Frame 5 min

Sell :

EMA 7 < EMA 14 in Time Frame 1 hour
and
EMA 7 < EMA 14 in Time Frame 15 min
and
EMA 7 < EMA 14 in Time Frame 5 min
