CCI addition to Double OBOS indicator

Can a CCI filter be added to attached indicator?

User specifies:
CCI filter ON/OFF
CCI +/- extreme value
CCI lookback period (takes the most neg or pos value of CCI during that period and uses that value)

with CCI filter set to ON:
DOWN signals will only show if the extreme CCI +(pos) value is greater than user set CCI value
UP signals will show if the extreme CCI -(neg) value is less (more negative) than user set CCI value
