Four Moving Average Alert

Good Morning..
Looking for a signal that has an email alert and sound alert when price action crosses above and/or below all four MA's. I use a lower time frame chart, with much larger MA's. My largest MA is 3200 and lowest is a 40 MA. A visual dot would be great as well.

For example: (on a buy signal)
Price action crosses 1st MA higher, but price is still below 2nd, 3rd and 4th MA - no alert
Price action crosses 2nd MA, and still higher than 1st MA, but price is lower that 3rd and 4th MA - no alert
Price action crosses 3rd MA and price is higher than 1st and 2nd MA, but price is lower than 4th MA - no alert
Price action crosses 4th MA and is higher than all 4 MA's - Alert.. email notification, visual dot on 4th MA and audible alert.

Having it do the opposite on a sell would be helpful as well. Thank you as always for your time!
