Candle color change with moving averages

Quick question, would it be possible to create an indicator that does the following:

- Price is below one EMA/SMA, the color of all the candlesticks are red (or customizable color).
- Price closes above the EMA/SMA, and the candlesticks turn green.
- Possible audible and/or email alert upon crossing as well.
- When price retraces and closes below the EMA/SMA, alert happens and candlesticks turn back to red.

Second option, two MA's with the same concept as above.
- 1st EMA/SMA is fast
- 2nd EMA/SMA is slow
- When price is above both EMA/SMA's, candles are green.
- When price is between the two EMA/SMA's the candles are: (a different color)
- When price is below both EMA/SMA's candles are red.
- Audible and email alert when fast and slow EMA/SMA's cross.
