Trend Indicator SEFC - Bull_Bear

Greetings, I would like to know how I can convert this indicator to MT4, for use in the FXCM Trading Station.

The indicator in question is having the green and red bars.

Can you provide mq4 version, description or formula.

That's the problem I have just the file extension ex4
