Can you convert this OBOS indicator into a strategy?

Can I request a simple OBOS filter to be included in this indicator based on the OB/OS levels set by the user.

This filter (ON/OFF option) would simply filter out all bell signals between the range set and only show bell alerts (and associated DISPLAY OPTIONS) where both OBOS midlines exceed the OB/OS levels

e.g.
if the filter is ON then no bell alerts will be shown for OBOS midlines with values between -80 & +80
Only Bell signals where OB>80 and OS<-80 would paint
