MACD / Moving Average Strategy.

Hey Guys,

I'm looking for a strategy the buys on the following conditions

Price > MVA (200 Periods)
Histogram > 0.00003

And closes trade when these conditions not met. eg

Price < MVA (200 Periods)
Histogram < 0

And sells on the reverse of these conditions.

I do remember finding a strategy that did this, however it only worked on close of the period. I'm looking for one that works for each tick on a time period.
