Set limit/stop for ALL by right click chart

- Let's the user set limit profit target for all open orders of that asset by right clicking chart, and choosing "set limit here" from additional menu? Then all open orders of that symbol would have their limit updated to that level.
And same to set stops?
- To avoid errors check that:
- All open orders for the symbols chart must be below the desired limit level if their direction is buy
- All open orders for the symbols chart must be above the desired limit level if their direction is sell
And opposite for stops
This would aid with semi-automated trading, where a strategy is used to open the orders, and the user wants to set the stops and limits themselves. Currently you can only set a stop one-by-one which takes too much time in case of many orders
