RSI on RSI Cross over

I have searched for this and I am not sure that it is available..

I am looking for an indicator that is the RSI and then another RSI crossing it.
The first RSI is based on price, the Second RSI is based on the first RSI not price.
I think it would be similar to the "RSI MA Cross"

Does something like this already exist?
