modified Momentum indicator

Hi,

Could anybody make this modified Momentum indicator, it contains TWO lines, its functions are as following:

MTM(N)=C-C(n);
MTM_MA(y)=simple average (Y days) of MTM;
here: C=present close price, C(n)=close price of n days before present bar
besides, N and Y are independent variables.
