Need Help adding MT4 Push Notification to Indicator

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone can help me out with adding an MT4 Push Notification to the attached indicator. Essentially, on the MACD Platinum, a red or blue dot appears. Red dot means sell, blue dot means buy signal. But I cannot for the life of me figure out where in the code, its actually setting these 2 dots. The MACD Platinum uses the attached QMP Filter and QQE_Adv. I have include a screenshot of how it all looks in MT4. I know how to add a push notification, i just have no idea where to put it in the MACD Platinum code.
