(M+H)/2 Moving Average

So far we have moving average only on the following prices

Close
Open
High
Low
Median
Typical
Weighted

Here is a request for (M+H)/2 Moving Average. The formula is (Median + High)/2 Moving Average.

So input 1 = 1* {(M+H)/2}
2 = 2* {(M+H)/2}
3 = 3* {(M+H)/2}... and so on
