FOMC Pivot indicator

Hi Apprentice, Could you please develop FOMC Pivot indicator. Basically I want to have Horizontal Pivot line on the FOMC day for every month.
A) The price print at 1 pm central time open price is the FOMC Pivot.
B) The Pivot line is extended to right from the day it prints
C) Kindly add History display options which enable me to choose the number of periods of Pivot I wnt to be displayed on the chart.

Hi Apprentice, Kindly make some amendments in FOMC Pivot indicator:

1. Kindly make the Pivot lines discrete not continuous. i.e for each Fomc meeting decision day single Horizontal line with label mentioning the dd/mm/yyyy format.
2. Kindly also provide an option which enable to choose the number of last month periods of FOMC Pivot lines to be displayed on the chart. e.g if I select 15 period then last 15 FOMC pivot lines appear on the chart.
