Consecutive Candle Scanner

Is it possible to create an indicator that scans all currencies and timeframes for consecutive bullish and bearish candles greater than a variable input by the user.

Example
Monitor JPY pairs on D1, H4, H1, M15, M5
Alert or sound when greater than (x) amount of consecutive bullish or bearish candles are detected.

Outcomes
if it is set to alert for 3 bull/bear candles in a row, system alerts when criteria is met through sound or email

if it is set to alert for 15 bull/bear candles in a row, system alerts when criteria is met through sound or email
