Convert Smoothed ADX to .lua

I was wondering if someone could convert this mt4 indicator to .lua?

That's perfect, thanks. I do have one request. Can a parameter be set to allow for up to three horizontal lines be drawn. Otherwise I will have to do them all manually, which can be kinda time consuming.

Actually, could we make it up to seven user defined horizontal lines with color/style options? I need lines at 15,20,25,40,50,60,70.
