How to attach a STRATEGY to a manually drawn trend line

How to call an arbitrary ALERT or a STRATEGY if the price crosses an arbitrary MANUALLY drawn trend line. (I do not want to program the 2 points of the trend line by 2 points input parameters)

I want something similar to the following example:
In the standard existing "Price Alert" ..... a HORIZONTAL LINE is manually drawn by clicking the mouse on an arbitrary price, then an "ALERT" is attached to this horizontal line and will be called if the price crosses it. Is it possible to modify this same "Price Alert" to have this same "ALERT" attached to an arbitrary MANUALLY DRAWN TREND LINE by clicking the mouse on 2 points?

Two ways exist.
Execute the first trade from the indicator.
Send a trade signal from indicator to strategy.

Unfortunately, you can not use trading station line tools.
We can use a custom indicator or strategy parameters.
