Cross over of any ON CHART indicators

Good evening

could you please help in developing a cross-over indicator that allows the user to choose from indicator lines that are displayed already on the chart itself. For example, if the user used a moving averages to smooth multiple indicators lines, and these smoothed lines were displayed on the chart, and wants to use the cross over as a signal. Please see the attached photo for details.
Could you please help on this issue.

Unfortunately, there is no way to get information,
About "on chart indicators".
We can write the indicator with the indicator selector.
