2 Moving Averages Price Cross Stochastic Signal

Dear Developers

Could you please code in .lua following signal for us?

20 EMA above 50 MA
Bar has touched or crossed 50 MA at close
Both Stochastic %K and %D are below 30

and vice versa, i.e.

20 EMA below 50 MA
Bar has touched or crossed 50 MA at close
Both Stochastic %K and %D are above 70
