Price Volume divergence

Hello, I am looking for a Price Volume divergence indicator, logic behind is if bar A is with spread 10 and volume is value of 15 and next bar B is with spread of 17 and volume is value of 9 this is price/volume div.

Attached pic is green bar is A and red bar is B (pointed with blue arrow), an alert/arrow on B should be triggered.
