Classic RSI indicator with 2 extra levels

overbought level= 80 and to be colored aqua blue
oversold level =20 to be colored red
new level = 40 to be colored Aqua blue
new level = 60 to be colored red
So the indicator will have 4 levels 20, 40, 60 80, where 40 and 80 are colored aqua blue . 20 and 60 colored red.
No change to anything else
