0 and 00 level indicator

Hello,

Can we have an indicator which plots horizontal line on 0 levels and 00 levels for exits.
For example if price is 1.3250, the indicator will plot a line there. Or if price is 1.3400, the indicator will plot a line there. And similarly for all 0 and 00 levels.
