Amount based on balance

Can you make a strategy to select automatically the amount for all new trades or orders based in the balance or the free margin using the follow formula:

balance/200 (or another number i put).

Balance or free margin = 1000
Risk = 200

1000/200 = 5

5 = amount of the trade

These is only to open trades not to close.

Supose that my Balance or free margin is US$1000 and the number i chose is 200

1000/200 = 5

5k = Amount of the trade.
