Indecision Indicator using ATR

I'd like to request a fairly simple indicator that builds upon the ATR oscillator.
This indicator would include three signals (lines) in the same area.
1. Normal ATR
2. High to Low range only
3. Open to close range only
All of these would be adjustable by N periods and plotted in the same area.
