FXCodeBase.COM: Forex Chart Indicators and Development

I am looking for an indicator that can draw a centered vertical and horizontal line in relation to the screen, like a crosshair that remains positioned at the center, as you the screen is panned left and as new bars form to the right. Is something like this possible? Thank you for your time and efforts.

This tool has been one of my favorites since your team has created it and I, again, thank you for it. I am curious if you can make this indicator more versatile by means of being able to further divide the screen at various and customizable percentage areas other than just the center(50% screen). Here are a few screenshot examples, using the Fibo tool to illustrate.





I'm unsure of how you were able to center the horizontal line before but I imagined it being on a 0-100 scale, as that's how I was best able to create the idea in my mind. Would something like this be possible?
