Each range bar must have a high/low range that equals the specified range.
Each range bar must open outside the high/low range of the previous bar.
Each range bar must close at either its high or its low.
I've seen a few indicators that don't follow the traditional rules, they don't have gaps so the open of the current bar is the close of the previous. I need the open of the current bar to be 1 tick above/below the previous bars close.
