Monthly Open

I would like to have an indicator that would draw a vertical line on each monthly open candle as well as draw a horizontal line on the open price of the new month that would paint until the end of the month. I need to be able to see this on the monthly, weekly, and daily time frames. Would it also be possible to have each quarter's line be a different color?
