PSAR Alert

1). New PSAR identified by arrow with short horizontal line drawn at high/low of bar after close.
2). Stop loss set at n--pips above previous high (n=5,10,15, etc. customizable parameter)
3). Up to three targets set at n-pips (for example Target 1 = 1:1 Stop/Target ratio, Target 2 = 1:1.5, etc).
These are just labels and not a autotrading system. I would like an email alert function to know when a new PSAR has been painted.
