RSI & CCI Values on Chart Window (MT4)

Good evening,

I´d like to request to the excellent programmers in this forum an indicator that will show only the values of CCI and RSI indicator(s) on the main chart window of the current and previous 5 bars.

Something like this :

RSI : current bar value
previous bar value
and so on till 5 previous bars

CCI : current bar value
previous bar value
and so on till 5 previous bars
