Other Time Frame PSAR and SAR Target

Can someone code a customized PSAR (the basic indicator included in Marketscope) and SAR Target indicator (attached) that utilizes the same functionality as the "Other Time Frame Smoothed ADX" indicator (also attached)?

I would like the ability to choose an alternative, non-standard time-frame for the PSAR and SAR Target indicator, such as a 3 day calculation rather than a daily or weekly (see image).
