Custom Cut Off Time View

1] reference;

have downloaded and installed but the 'Time Shift In Hours' is putting no effect on the end/start of candle shift
2] for example with the current download if [a] 'Base Time Frame' = H1 [b] 'Time Shift, in hours'= 0 [c] 'Number of elements'= 24

// the candle shifts at 00:00 hrs

3] now if [b] 'Time Shift, in hours'= 2

[all other factors remaining the same] the candle still shifts are 00:00 instead of 02:00;

4] similarly there is no effect if the setting is made to [b] 'Time Shift, in hours'= -2
Dialog Box Detail
5.a] 'Base Time Frame' droplist should include H2/H3/H4/H6/H8/D1/W1/M1
5.b] 'Number of elements' part of the dialog box is not required
5.c] 'Range' part of the dialog box is not required
Functional Detail
6.a] standard cutoff time for every candle starts with NY 1700 HRS

6.b] however in the Dialog Box whatever Time Frame is selected [H2/H3/H4/H6/H8/D1/W1/M1] the corresponding candle should shift as per the selection in 'Time Shift, in hours'= +/- Hrs in comparison to NY time
6.c] for example if the selections are/ 'Base Time Frame'= H6 and 'Time Shift, in hours'= + 2/ then the H6 time frame candle should shift at the following times in the view;

and so on for +2/+3/...
6.d] similarly for example if the selections are/ 'Base Time Frame'= H6 and 'Time Shift, in hours'= - 2/ then the H6 time frame candle should shift at the following times in the view;

and so on for -2/-3/...
6.e] the above images also display the candles shift times NY/+/-2 'Time Shift, in hours'= +/- 2 [for example] all for H2/H3/H4/H6/H8/D1/W1/M1 as/when these are selected in 'Base Time

8] briefly the idea is that the view should allow the selection of time frame 'Base Time Frame'= [H2/H3/H4/H6/H8/D1/W1/M1] and allow the candle shifts time to be advanced or retarded in comparison to NY time as per the number of hours selected/mentioned in the dialog box 'Time Shift, in hours'= ?
