Rotation Line

Hello,

Could you please build an indicator to rotate the line from Horizontal to vertical ?

When we add the Horizontal line ( X period bar) and we want to change the direction to vertical, the size of the line might change and makes it difficult to have the exact size of the length in a vertical direction. I would be thankful if you could build an indicator that can change the direction without changing the size of the line and it can be movable.

Like picture below, from 1 to 2. I appreciate it.
