Profit Matrix

hello
I Need an Indicator as it follows.
The Indicator will be calculated based on Bollinger bands and two moving average.
The outputs will be
1. max of two ma lines and BB top line
2. min of two ma lines and BB bottom line
3. min of two ma lines
4. max of two ma lines and BB top line

BB(15,1,1)
MA1(7)
MA2(21)
