Cosmetic Adjustment and Divergence

Postby jrichardson83 » Wed Aug 22, 2018 8:28 am

Hello,

For this indicator can the following adjustments be made.

1). Ability to change line type and color for the 68, 50, and 32 lines.
2). Ability to shade area in between the 68 and 32 lines and adjust transparency.
3). Shading above/below the 68 and 32 lines respectively

Those are the cosmetic adjustments. Essentially, this modified TDI would look similar to the modified RSI that I've attached and that is shown in the image below.

The last piece is mechanical

4). Divergence indication plotted on oscillator and on-chart and ability to alter divergence line type/color for oscillator and chart.

I realized that my inquiry may not have been very clear. Those adjustments were to be made for the TDI indicator so that it would look similar to the modified RSI indicator, plus the addition of the divergence indicator.

Apprentice,

Yeah, that's great. I think the only issue is the shading ABOVE and BELOW the 68 and 32 lines, respectively. When the RSI is above 68 the space between 68 and the RSI should be shaded and the same applies for the space between the RSI and the 32 line when the RSI is below 32. Other than that, its good to go.

Also, I believe the divergence is being generated off of the Trade Signal line, rather than the RSI. It should be on the RSI instead.

Can you also change this so that the data doesn't display on the main chart, only on the oscillator?
