MACD - Dual time frame MACD

I have a problem with the Tradingstation.I want to use MACD with crossing signal but the strategy in the platform have a parameter with open level - close level and it can't generate signals in every turn in automatic trading.
1.I want the simple MACD.

enter long :MACD > Signal
exit long :MACD < Signal

enter short: MACD < Signal
exit short :MACD > Signal

2.Dual time frame MACD
I want to use MACD in the same way with two time frames.Where the strategy generate signals when you have two MACD in the same direction.For example :

enter long :
1 hour MACD > Signal
and
15 m MACD > Signal

exit long :
15m MACD < Signal

enter short:
1 hour MACD < Signal
and
15 m MACD < Signal

exit short :
15m MACD < Signal
