Step vhf adaptive indicator

Hi Apprentice

I wondered if you could adapt this indicator into lua. I found it quite reliable. It is using variable moving average. If you could add other moving averages as optional that'd be great, if it isn't possible that'd be ok too. I am mostly after this indie, because VMA.
