Fix Strategy

1- The strategy close the partial trade that works perfect in price level and pips, but when the price reach the level 1 the strategy delete my stop loss.

2- If i put 0 in the partial trade close i want that the strategy move my stop and follow the same rules like when i put the amount to partial close. For example if i put 42 in the P/L for Partial Close in Pips or in Rate and the Stop level, pips in 16 I want that the strategy move my stop to 16 pips even if i put 0 in the partial close.

3- Add the option to put the Stop level in Rate too.
