Fibonacci Time Projection

Postby logicgate » Fri Mar 01, 2019 5:47 pm

Hey guys,

I noticed that MT4 only offers the Fibonacci Time Zones, which allows you to choose two anchor points to make the calculation.

But, I was reading a book in which the author also uses the Fibonacci Time Projection (which uses three anchor points to make the calculation), so it adds to the cluster of time,

So, the fib time zones is the equivalent of the fib retracement/extension tool, and obviously the fib time projection is the equivalent of the fib projection tool.

Perhaps you have this indicator here on the forum? IF not, and if it is possible to code for use, I leave here this request.

Best regards. Thanks

Can you provide a detailed description of the Fibonacci Time Projection indicator or
any implementation of it we can use?

Hello dear friend! Hope all is good.

The fibo time indicators are exactly the same thing as the price ones, it is just that they are applied on the horizontal (time axis) instead of vertical.

I will attach an indicator that was shared, you can go from here and implement it.

Different colors for different ratios.

Being able to delete unwanted ratios by double clicking on instead of going all the time to indi options.

If you are doing this one, you could also do your version of the fibo time zone (the one with two anchor points) where we can also choose the color of the ratios and be able to delete them on the chart by double clicking on the ratio.

Cheers!

I promise task is not forgotten, is 1 of 10 MQ4 tasks in the backlog.
Unfortunately, we have limited resources, especially with MQ4.
