All explanations for this development are in the attached image.

Basically is to make arrow when forming 3 negative angles from certain values indicated in the setup.

Exactly the same as the "RSI Angle" indicator attached.

If the 3 angles are formed and the arrow appears and the last angle, the arrow should disappear.

It should point down and up.
