indicator fractal/alligator

Hi,
it would be possible to create a fractal alligator indicator using the following conditions:
- If a purchase fractal is above the alligator teeth (red line), we will want to place a line at the fractal level
- If a sales fractal is below the alligator teeth, we will want to place a line at the fractal level
- We will not want to display a purchase fractal formed under the alligator's teeth and we will not want to display either, a sales fractal formed over the alligator's teeth.
- Fractals would be valid until they are triggered or a new one appears in the same direction.
- optional It would also be interesting to be able to keep a history of the previous fractals (even invalid), in another color / line style.
- as a second option to have a sound alert when the fractals is hit by the price

first of all thank you for your work

as shown on the graph, I see that:
- the sell fractals are displayed while the alligator is up
- the buy fractals are displayed while the alligator is down
it would be possible not to post them?

for more visibility I would like to keep only on the screen
- the last active fractal
- the previous active signal
