He does what he asked yes.
However if the crossing occurs and during the same candle the crossing is undone, the arrow does not disappear.
I will give an example of bollinger bands, if the closing of the candle is bigger than the band it appears the arrow, if in the same candle the closing back in the arrow must disappear.
At this intersection the arrow appears when the crossing occurs, but does not disappear if the crossing is undone.
