Complete strategy with kinjun signal

I need help please,
I would like a robot working on the following idea:
2 times frame (TF1= small and TF2 = big)
We need : Ichimoku TF1, RSI TF1, MACD TF1 and SAR TF2
Example for buy:
On TF1,
Open Buy when the current price broke up the kinjun line and
if RSI < 65 (customizable level) and
if MACD (-1) <= MACD current and
if Tenkan (-1) < tenkan current and
if kinjun current > SB (-26)
On TF2,
if the current price TF1 > SAR TF2
Same idea for sell
On TF1,
open sell when the current price broke down the kinjun line and
if RSI > 35 (customizable level) and
if MACD (-1) >= MACD current and
if tenkan (-1) > tenkan current and
if kinjun current < SB(-26)
On TF2,
if the current price TF1 < SAR TF2
